Frequently Asked Questions

You are free to bring your own decorations onsite, so long as they don't mark or damage the walls - ie. No pins or holes in the walls (blu-tak is fine). Should you wish to bring confetti or scatters, there would be a cleaning fee
applicable. All decorations brought onsite must be removed the night of the
wedding.
You certainly can. As the hotel owns the centrepieces included in the current package, should you wish to bring your own centrepieces, the price per person would remain the same.
Children 4-12 yrs are $45.00 per child. Included in this is a 2 course (main -
chicken tenders, chips and salad; dessert - ice cream sundae with poco stick).
This price also includes soft drink and chair covers.
Teenagers - 13-17 yrs are $80.00 and include the same package details as the
adult guests, excluding alcohol.
Client access depends on availability the day prior/morning of. Should you
require guaranteed access at a specific time or day prior, a room hire fee
would apply as we would be blocking out the space to sell. However we are
happy to advise availability closer to the date (normally 5 days prior). Should it
be available, we would be happy to provide the early access complimentary.
We are able to cater for all dietary requirements. Please note that all dietary
requirements, along with guest name and table number, are required 5 working
days prior to your wedding to allow our Chef to prepare and order
accordingly.
In case of wet weather we move the ceremony up underneath the awning on
the terrace area near the stairs.
Your menu trial is Included in your wedding package complementary for two
people. If you would like to bring additional guests and trial more dishes, your
most welcome to. Each additional person is $65.00, which includes a 3 course
menu and glass of house wine/beer.
A special discounted accommodation rate is applicable for your guests for the
night of your wedding reception. Your wedding guests will just need to quote
your wedding date and names to receive a discounted rate.
After your $1,000.00 deposit, your next progressive payment is due, 6 months
before your wedding, which is 50% of total estimated costs. Then your final
payment is due 7 days prior to the date of your reception.
