The decking area itself is fully weatherproof and can accommodate up to 120 guests cocktail style; should numbers exceed this, an alternate space within the hotel will be provided.
An event with 100 guests in attendance requires two security guards and one security guard for every additional 50 guests.
We understand additional time is sometimes required to set up so will always do our best to offer additional time wherever possible.
The hotel also offers complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.
For any event that has a great deal of technical requirements, it is recommended an AV technician is arranged for the duration of the event.
For any additional costs incurred on the day of the event, these must be finalised prior to departure by credit/debit card. Please note we do not invoice post event.
