Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we do have parking underneath our hotel, although please note that this is on availability. This is offered to delegates at $12.00 per car per day. You can either have delegates pay for this themselves or instruct that you would like all parking to be charged to your company.
You are not able to provide your own AV equipment as we do need all electrics to be tag and tested for OH&S reasons. We are able to supply you with all AV requirements so long as we know prior. Please note that some of these do come at an additional cost.
All of our proposal are tailored depending on what you require for your day. As we have 14 function spaces all of them have different capacities, which depends on your required set up. Once we can get all the information that you require for your conference we will provide you with your tailored quote.
We are able to accommodate most changes, although all minimum revenue costs will stay that same to what you have been contracted.
We offer all clients and their delegates free and unlimited WiFi for the duration of the conference. You will be advised of the WiFi password on the first day of your conference. Our WiFi speed is 50Mbps.
