Imagine a spacious event space that combines rustic charm with a laid-back, fun atmosphere. This space features a barn-inspired aesthetic, with metal beams, exposed rafters, and weathered, reclaimed wood walls that create a cozy, inviting environment. One half of the space is indoors, with ample seating and an operational bar at one end, offering a variety of drinks and  some cocktails as requested. The outdoor area opens up to a sprawling patio area, with picnic tables scattered around, providing a relaxed vibe where guests can enjoy their food and drinks while chatting and laughing. There are games set up for entertainment—think cornhole, giant Jenga, giant connect four and ping pong —perfect for friendly competition or just having fun. There is the option to hire in a Tipi from our friends at Gather & Gold to elevate and weather-proof the outdoor space increasing capacity to up to 120. This event space is typically used for weddings, birthdays, comedy nights, gigs, community events, or workshops.

An outdoor courtyard designed for both relaxation and entertainment, combining comfort and style with re-purposed brick pavers, sheep skins & a mixture of larger and small tables providing many options from a seated meal to a standing mix and mingle event.  The space includes sheltered seating, with a  fire pit in the centre to gather around, creating a warm, inviting focal point. To ensure warmth on cooler nights, heaters are subtly placed around the courtyard, offering a comfortable environment year-round, without interrupting the atmosphere. The courtyard is enclosed with lush plants and low hedges, providing a sense of privacy and intimacy. With the fire pit crackling, the bar offering drinks, and the gentle warmth of the heaters, it's an inviting and relaxed space for socializing under the stars.

Our restaurant sits in the heart of the property with windows facing out to Lake Whakatipu and the gardens in our lower section and opening out to our sheltered courtyard in the upper section. Our open-kitchen with wood fired oven and large marble servery sits at one end and past our large bar in the middle of the room is a large open fire giving the space ambiance & warmth. The layout of the restaurant is has two  sections: a lower section that feels enclosed & intimate and a higher section that offers a panoramic view of the rest of the room next to the large open fire. What sets this restaurant apart is its commitment to excellence in both food and sustainability. As Queenstown’s only Two Hat restaurant the focus is on serving hyper-seasonal, locally grown dishes, many sourced from our own on-site gardens and cooked in our wood fired oven.

A small boardroom event space typically designed for intimate, professional gatherings like meetings, workshops, or team conferences. The room is rectangular, featuring a large, polished wooden table at its centre, surrounded by comfortable, ergonomic chairs. The room is well-lit, with soft, ambient lighting that can be adjusted based on the needs of the event. Modern AV equipment like a projector, screen, and high-quality sound system can be integrated for presentations or video conferencing. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, water, notepads, and pens on the table. You might also request a small refreshment area at the back with coffee, tea, and snacks, ideal for breaks. Overall, it’s a versatile, quiet, and professional environment suitable for productive, smaller-scale events.

A  versatile, multifunctional space with views of Lake Whakatipu the Production Office sits upstairs above our main restaurant. Layout: The room has a flexible open-plan layout, with movable partitions or modular furniture to accommodate different configurations. For team meetings or conferences, the furniture can be arranged in rows or U-shaped, with chairs depending on the setting. Seating: Comfortable, stackable chairs with ergonomic support are provided, along with a few long tables for collaborative work or presentations. For yoga and other activities, the seating can be cleared away to make room for mats and open space. Lighting:, Natural light flows through the windows and with adjustable lighting the overhead LED fixtures that can be dimmed for different moods—bright for meetings, soft for yoga or meditative activities, or presentations. A/V Equipment: The space can be equipped with a Data Projector & Screen Sound System, Microphone, Whiteboard & conference facilities. Technology: High-speed Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets around the space ensure that all devices stay connected. Climate Control: The room features HVAC controls, ensuring that the temperature can be adjusted for comfort during intense activities or more formal office events.
